Cold Rolled Coil Steel Material

We maintain a technically pre-qualified suppliers of Cold Rolled Coil.

All CRC supply conform with JISG 3141 Class SPCC-SD utilized for making the drum body, bottom-end and covers.

Drum External Paint

We work with technically and commercially accredited paint manufacturers as our suppliers.

Generally, unless specified otherwise, we are utilizing baking type enamel paint.

If your paint specifications are not currently on use and based on your nominated external paint requirement, e.g., color and type of base material, we translate these needs into a technical protocol for paint supply.

Working together with the supplier, this shall be the basis for its development, laboratory simulations & semi-commercial run.

All tests shall pass adhesion, film thickness and sturdiness of paint finish, including its weathering characteristics.

All existing paint color is consistency maintained by inspection of finished products thru standard color swatch comparisons.

All paint suppliers are required to maintain a retained sample of paint per batch of its manufacturing for purposes of traceability.

Drum Internal Paint

We are utilizing Epoxy Phenolic Lacquer coating for the internal lining.

It is compliant with US FDA Regulation 21 CFR, Section 175.300, Sub Part C.

As method of paint application, we are utilizing an advanced and automated paint spray technology of Nordson , e.g., a rotary atomized spray paint particles, electrostaticaly charged for consistent film application.

The internal paint is oven cured.

Continuous Type Oven Configuration

We are utilizing a conveyorized and continuous oven configuration for the external and internal paint curing.

With this set-up, the multi-stage heating zone is adjustable according to the appropriate heating cycle for proper paint setting.

100 % inspection of finished drum condition is easily undertaken in this set-up.
