Our Drums

Generally, we produce two types of 210 liter drums:

Tight Head Drums Full Open Head Drums

We are using high quality raw materials for the making of drums.
Cold Rolled Steel Coils are imported conforming to the strict standard of JISG 3141 Class SPCC-SD utilized for making the drum body, bottom-end and covers.
The insides of the drum maybe lined (painted) with epoxy phenolic lacquer and oven baked for its proper curing. These type of drums are fitted for end use on  food, pharmaceutical and high end industrial use.
The interior of the drums may not be lined (painted) appropriately for end use on industrial products such as asphalt, crude oil, fuels, to name a few.
The exterior of the drums are painted with customers’ color requirement using a Baking Type Enamel, all of which are oven cured for proper paint setting and sturdiness.

  • Tight Head Drums

    Tight Head Drum has non-removable covers. Filling and extraction of contents are done thru a 2" and 3/4" openings provided with steel or plastic bungs placed at the top cover.

  • Full Open Head Drums

    Full Open Head drums are designed in such a way that its top cover are removable but are fully secured and fastened from its drum body with the use of lock ring.  Locking mechanism can be an option of  a clamp type or bolt type locks.
